If you change the Theme, a pop-dialogue informs you that it will only become active if you restart.

1: It pops-up BEHIND the Application Setting dialogue, which you may [can?]not see and you cannot recover from, as you cannot close the App-settings dialogue.

2: Is it possible to change the buttons on the pop-up to Restart Now and Restart Later?
